Overview

Ember had a strong product and a marketing site that buried it. The team had been iterating on copy and CTAs for months without meaningful movement. We took the site back to first principles — what does a serious buyer need to see, in what order, to feel confident booking a call?

challenge

The challenge.

The product was technically excellent but was being judged on a homepage that looked like every other Series A SaaS site. Conversion to demo had stalled. The team suspected positioning, but the real issue was hierarchy and tone.

approach

The approach.

We rewrote the homepage around a single, confident promise. Typography was given room to breathe. Social proof was treated as editorial, not garnish. The demo flow was simplified to two fields. Every section was rebuilt to answer the next question a buyer was about to ask.

result

The result.

Demo bookings rose 86% within six weeks of launch. Time-on-page nearly doubled. Sales reported that calls were starting at a noticeably higher level of intent.

"
The site stopped getting in the way of the product. Our pipeline noticed within a fortnight.

Before / After

What changed.

Before

Busy, generic SaaS layout. Hierarchy unclear. Demo buried.

After

Calm, confident, editorial. Single promise, single path to demo.

In summary

Premium isn't ornament. It's the discipline of removing everything that isn't earning its place.
